These General Terms and Conditions apply to legal persons in the part relating to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>price and method of payment,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the main characteristics of the product,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the procedure for concluding the contract,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>description of delivery method and delivery costs,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>general information,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>disclaimer and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the moment of conclusion of the contract.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The seller may, at the choice of the legal person, grant in each specific case the rights of the buyer who is a consumer. The user is the person who uses the website <a href=\"https:\/\/wildplanthealth.com\/en_gb\/\">www.wildplanthealth.com<\/a> the same as every customer and visitor to the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Conclusion of the contract of sale through the website <a href=\"https:\/\/wildplanthealth.com\/en_gb\/\">wildplanthealth.com<\/a> it is regulated in accordance with legal provisions, taking into account, in particular, the principles and provisions of European Union directives. Concluding a contract through a website <a href=\"https:\/\/wildplanthealth.com\/en_gb\/\">wildplanthealth.com<\/a> constitutes the conclusion of a distance contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These General Terms and Conditions also constitute a pre-contractual notice and refer to the conclusion of a sales contract if the buyer is a consumer, i.e. any natural person who concludes a legal transaction or acts on the market outside his trade, business, craft or professional activity, and if the contract is concluded between the trader and the consumer within the framework of an organized system of sales or provision of services without the simultaneous physical presence of the trader and the consumer in one place where, until the moment of the conclusion of the contract and for the conclusion of the contract, one or more means of distance communication are exclusively used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Means of distance communication are all means that can be used to conclude distance contracts, such as the internet and e-mail, without the simultaneous physical presence of the trader and the consumer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The contract is concluded when the seller accepts the buyer's offer, and all of the above on the site <a href=\"https:\/\/wildplanthealth.com\/en_gb\/\">wildplanthealth.com<\/a> constitutes an invitation to tender. The seller may terminate the contract of sale, if the buyer does not pay the purchase price, and is not obliged to deliver the product until the moment of receipt of the purchase price, unless the buyer has chosen the method of payment on delivery. If the buyer for some reason does not take over the shipment and it is returned to the seller, the seller will not repeat other deliveries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An integral part of these General Terms and Conditions are the General Terms and Conditions of Personal Data Protection. The image of the product is accompanied by a description of the main characteristics of the product. Prices, payment terms and special offers are valid only at the time of order and\/or payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">CONTRACT COLLECTION PROCEDURE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shopping is done on the website <a href=\"https:\/\/wildplanthealth.com\/en_gb\/\">wildplanthealth.com<\/a> filling in the form provided for this purpose. When filling out the form, the buyer is obliged to enter all the information requested from him. The purchase can be made with the confirmation of the buyer that he has previously read and understood the General Terms and Conditions and that he has agreed to them and that he is aware that this is an order with an obligation to pay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Purchase is possible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. <strong>wildplanthealth.com<\/strong> shall not be liable for the costs of using computer equipment and telecommunications services necessary to access the service. The customer will be notified by e-mail about the order confirmation (receipt of an electronic message containing the customer's offer) and the sending of the package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event that <strong>wildplanthealth.com<\/strong> for any reason is not able to deliver any of the ordered products, the customer will be contacted by an employee by phone or e-mail <strong>Wild Plant Health d.o.o.<\/strong> for the purpose of agreeing on the delivery of the replacement product or the eventual cancellation of the ordered product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The purchase of products and\/or services in the name and on behalf of a minor or a person deprived of legal capacity (in whole or in part) can only be requested by their legal representatives. The purchase is made by ordering available products that the buyer chooses based on the photo and basic description. Photographs are illustrative in nature and do not always have to match the available products in all detail. Shopping is done in a few simple steps in the comfort of the customer's home, from anywhere in the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Product search is possible according to different criteria. By entering a particular term in the \u2018Search\u2019, the products associated with that term will appear. The buyer can choose a specific product that he is interested in and read the available description of the product so that he can independently make a decision whether the product suits his needs. By clicking on the \u2018Add to cart\u2019 icon, the selected product is added to the cart. By placing the product in the cart, the product is not booked, ordered or purchased. The buyer can continue to add products by clicking on \"Continue shopping\" or complete the product selection process by clicking on \"Continue billing\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By clicking on \u2018Continue to charge\u2019, the customer has the option of entering a gift voucher or coupon if he or she has one. If the buyer agrees to purchase the products in the shopping cart, he can click on the \u2018Order\u2019 icon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After the buyer has placed the order by clicking on the \u201cOrder\u201d icon, the seller will send the General Terms and Conditions to the buyer\u2019s e-mail address, together with the order confirmation and its number, confirming that the buyer\u2019s order has also been received in the process of processing. The seller will send the buyer a confirmation of the concluded sales contract to his e-mail address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the buyer does not receive the ordered products that he paid within 20 working days (Saturday, Sunday and non-working days excluded) from the payment made, or 20 working days from the conclusion of the sales contract with the agreed payment upon receipt, he is obliged to notify <strong>wildplanthealth.com<\/strong> about the same to the e-mail address <a href=\"mailto:wildplanthealth@gmail.com\">wildplanthealth@gmail.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the buyer has not received confirmation of purchase by e-mail within 72 hours or it is not possible to access the service in the manner specified in the e-mail, he is obliged to contact the seller at the e-mail address <a href=\"mailto:wildplanthealth@gmail.com\">wildplanthealth@gmail.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event that <strong>wildplanthealth.com<\/strong> for any reason is not able to deliver any of the ordered products, the customer will be contacted by an employee by phone or email <strong>Wild Plant Health d.o.o.<\/strong> for the purpose of agreeing on the delivery of the replacement product or the eventual cancellation of the ordered product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In case of problems or ambiguities during the order, the customer can contact <strong>Wild Plant Health d.o.o.<\/strong> to the e-mail address <a href=\"mailto:wildplanthealth@gmail.com\">wildplanthealth@gmail.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PRODUCT PRICE AND PAYMENT METHOD<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Buyer undertakes to pay for the ordered products by one of the following payment methods:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Credit or debit card<\/strong> \u2013 payment directly via the internet, using a card payment service: Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>By depositing into an account<\/strong> \u2013 the information required for payment, including the account number to which the customer is to pay the order amount, is sent to the e-mail address specified at the order. The buyer can make the payment using internet banking or by payment at the bank office, post office, at FINI, etc. After receiving the payment of the buyer, the ordered items are sent to the address indicated in the order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">DATA AVAILABLE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The sales contract is concluded at the moment of acceptance of the buyer's offer, and the product will be shipped within 10 working days (Saturday, Sunday and non-working days excluded) upon receipt of the payment of the purchase price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The product will be delivered to the buyer in the territory of the Republic of Croatia within 10 working days (Saturdays, Sundays and non-working days excluded) from the moment of making the purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the payment is made by bank transfer (virman or internet banking), the buyer is obliged to use the payment information received by e-mail from the seller. The contracted purchase price includes all taxes and duties and is expressed in euros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCT DISTRIBUTIONS AND PROCEDURE COSTS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Order <strong>wildplanthealth.com<\/strong> deliver within the time limits specified under \u201cProduct price and method of payment\u201d. Product delivery is done via Overseas Express.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>wildplanthealth.com<\/strong> check the correctness of the ordered product before each delivery of the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Shipping costs:<\/strong><br>Delivery costs are fully paid by the customer, unless otherwise stated on the website <a href=\"https:\/\/wildplanthealth.com\/en_gb\/\">wildplanthealth.com<\/a>. Delivery is made within the Republic of Croatia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers are obliged to take over the shipment and inspect it in front of the courier, all in order to avoid subsequent complaints due to the possibility of damage to the shipment during delivery. If <strong>Wild Plant Health d.o.o.<\/strong> is not able to deliver the ordered product, will inform the customer about it. The customer can cancel the order or wait until the product is available again. If <strong>wildplanthealth.com<\/strong> is not able to deliver the product within the agreed period, informs the buyer who is obliged to leave him a subsequent reasonable period for the fulfillment of the contract of sale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the buyer does not take over the product or refuses to take over the product without a valid reason, <strong>Wild Plant Health d.o.o.<\/strong> reserves the right to demand reimbursement of the costs of manipulation, transport and other possible costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">GENERAL INFORMATION<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users or buyers are obliged before starting to use the website <a href=\"https:\/\/wildplanthealth.com\/en_gb\/\">wildplanthealth.com<\/a> owner <strong>Wild Plant Health d.o.o.<\/strong> get acquainted with the General Terms and Conditions of the website. It is recommended to periodically check the General Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">CONDITIONS OF RETURN AND RECLUSIONS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Wild Plant Health d.o.o.<\/strong> (hereinafter: seller) is liable for material defects of the product up to the moment of the transfer of risk to the buyer, regardless of whether the material defect was known to him. It is also responsible for those material defects that occur after the transfer of risk to the buyer if they are due to a cause that existed before that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There is a disadvantage:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>if the item does not have the necessary properties for its regular use or for traffic,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>if the item does not have the necessary properties for the special use for which the buyer procures it, which was known to the seller,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>if the thing does not have properties and qualities that are explicitly or tacitly contracted or prescribed,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>when the seller has handed over a thing that is not identical to a sample or model, unless the sample or model is shown for information only,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>if the item does not have properties that otherwise exist in other items of the same type and that the buyer could reasonably expect according to the nature of the item, taking into account in particular the public statements of the seller or the manufacturer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The consumer is obliged to inform the seller of the existence of visible defects within two months from the day on which he discovered the defect, and at the latest within two years from the transfer of the risk to the consumer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The seller shall not be liable for defects which become apparent after two years have elapsed since the delivery of the goods. If a material defect is found to exist, the seller may have one of the following obligations: remedying the defect, handing over another product without the defect, reducing the price or terminating the contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Right to unilateral termination of contract<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The consumer can unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days without stating the reason exclusively for standard goods from the warehouse that were not made to measure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In order for the consumer to be able to exercise the right to unilaterally terminate the contract, he must notify the seller of his decision to unilaterally terminate the contract before the expiry of the 14-day period by an unambiguous statement sent by mail to the address <strong>Wild Plant Health d.o.o., Bobovje 52G, 49000 Krapina<\/strong> or by e-mail to <a href=\"mailto:wildplanthealth@gmail.com\">wildplanthealth@gmail.com<\/a>, indicating his\/her name, surname, address, telephone number and e-mail address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Confirmation of receipt of the statement of unilateral termination of the contract will be delivered by the seller to the consumer without delay by e-mail. In the event of termination of the contract, each party is obliged to return to the other what it received under the contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The seller must make the refund paid only after the goods have been returned to him, i.e. after the consumer has provided him with proof that he has sent the goods back. The consumer must return the goods without delay and at the latest within 14 days of informing the seller of his decision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All direct costs of returning the product shall be borne by the consumer and shall be responsible for any impairment of the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that which was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Notice on the manner of the consumer's written complaint<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All complaints, in accordance with Article 10. of the Consumer Protection Act, the consumer can send by mail to the address <strong>Wild Plant Health d.o.o.<\/strong>, Bobovje 52G, 49000 Krapina or by e-mail to <a href=\"mailto:wildplanthealth@gmail.com\">wildplanthealth@gmail.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In order for the consumer <strong>Wild Plant Health d.o.o.<\/strong> reply to a written complaint not sent by e-mail, consumers are asked to provide accurate information on their name and address to which they will be provided with a reply.
