Delivery is done every working day. Delivery is free for all products. For delivery, the exact contact details with the address and telephone number must be entered in order for delivery to be made correctly.
Delivery is done by courier service by delivery to the home address.
If the courier service changes the delivery price, the seller will clearly indicate the new price in the web shop.
Unfortunately, we are not able to influence the speed of delivery and possible complications related to the delivery itself caused by the delivery service.
If the customer is not at the delivery address when attempting delivery, the delivery service will leave a notice with the shipment number and instructions for further steps.
In the event that the buyer orders the goods and refuses to receive them, Wild Plant Health d.o.o. has the right to deny the buyer the paid amount of the purchase price.
If the Buyer who has not received the goods, re-orders the goods through the Web Shop, the Seller reserves the right to refuse further processing of the order as well as the right to charge.
Wild Plant Health d.o.o. reserves the right not to send orders with incorrect/incomplete contact information, as well as orders with e-mail/phone to which no one responds.
